WHAT WE COMPARE

Seven comparisons, side by side

Owners usually know their own menu well. It's much harder to see what everyone nearby is doing on the apps. This is what we put in front of you.

1

The neighborhood

Every restaurant near you that sells similar food, grouped by distance, with which apps each one is on and how much your menus overlap.

2

Ratings and menu size

Each store's rating and rating count on DoorDash and Uber Eats, and how many items they list, next to yours.

3

Prices on your key dishes

Your best sellers against the same dishes nearby, on each app, plus how your app prices compare with your own website.

4

Lunch menus

Who runs a lunch menu on which app, and what lunch specials cost around you.

5

Offers and promotions

Item offers like BOGOs, store-wide discounts and spend rewards, app by app, and which dishes competitors put them on.

6

Search rank and ads

Where you show up when customers search your cuisine, and which competitors pay for sponsored spots above you.

7

Photos

Photo coverage across the neighborhood, and photo quality scored out of 10, with examples of what scores well.

HOW IT WORKS

Real research, not a scraped list

  1. Tell us your restaurant. Name, address and the email you want the research sent to.
  2. We map your neighborhood by hand. We set the delivery address to your store and go through each nearby competitor on DoorDash and Uber Eats: menus, prices, offers, search and photos.
  3. You get the analysis within 48 hours. Tables and screenshots you can read in a few minutes, plus the handful of things that stand out.

Competitor B2.44.5$15.95None
Competitor C3.34.7$20.99BOGO, 5 items

What stands out: two nearby stores run BOGOs on the dishes you sell most, and you run none.

QUESTIONS

Before you request it

Is the competitor analysis really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. If you want help acting on what we find, you can book a call, but you don't have to.

Which restaurants do you compare me with?

Restaurants within about 4 miles that sell similar food, measured by straight-line distance from your store, on DoorDash and Uber Eats. If a nearby store is a real competitor for your customers, like a rice-bowl spot next to a Chinese restaurant, we include it too.

Do you need my login?

No. Everything comes from the public customer sites, the same pages your customers see. We never ask for passwords.

How is this different from the free audit?

The free audit scores your own storefronts and lists fixes. The competitor analysis maps your neighborhood: who's near you, what they charge, what offers and ads they run, and where you rank in search. They work best together, and you can request both.

Do you include recommendations?

The competitor analysis is research first: it shows what's happening around you. Recommendations come in the free audit, or on a call if you'd like to talk through what to do next.
