FREE DELIVERY APP AUDIT
We review your store pages by hand, the way customers and the apps see them, and email you a scored audit with the fixes that matter most. It's free, and it takes about a minute to request.
Step 1 of 2
Start typing and pick your restaurant from the list.

Step 2 of 2
Pick a time for a free 30-minute walkthrough once your audit is ready. We usually need about 48 hours, so a slot two or more days out works best.
See a real audit
This is the full audit we sent after East Moon requested one: thirteen checks scored on DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, with screenshots, nearby competitors and the five fixes worth doing first.

These are the things we look at first when a new restaurant hires us. Each one gets a score and a short list of fixes.
Photo coverage (the share of menu items with a photo), photo quality, and your cover image. We like to see a photo on 90 to 95% of items.
Categories and item order, item descriptions, item tags, and options and add-ons that raise the order total.
How your app prices compare with your in-store menu, item by item. We usually aim for a 15 to 20% markup.
Your hours against nearby competitors, whether your cuisine tags match what you sell, and your store details.
Your star rating, how many ratings and reviews you have against nearby stores, what recent low reviews keep mentioning, and whether you're replying.
How many promos you're running, who they target, and whether offers overlap. On Uber Eats, stacked offers can cost more than they bring in.
The restaurants closest to you that sell similar food: their offers, hours, prices, photos and ratings, side by side with yours.
HOW IT WORKS
Top fix: Add photos to the 18 items without one, starting with your best sellers.
Better together
The audit scores your own storefronts. The free competitor analysis maps the restaurants around you on DoorDash and Uber Eats: their prices, offers, ads, search rank and photos. Request both and you get the full picture. See an example.
