SERVICES
DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub management, done properly
Blender Digital runs the delivery apps for independent restaurants and multi-location groups. Competitor research, campaigns, sponsored listings, reviews, error charges and reporting, handled in one plan, with one goal: more sales, and more of each sale reaching your bank account.
We work in focused 4 or 6 month programs, hands-on in your merchant portals every week, and we report back in plain numbers.
WHAT WE DO
Seven managed services, plus consulting
Each service has its own page with what's included, how we do it and what we track. Most programs start with the first one: a look at the stores you're up against. Prefer to run the apps yourself? The last card is for you.
Competitive Research
Every nearby competitor on DoorDash and Uber Eats checked, and a clear read on how you're positioned against them.
Learn moreCampaign Management
Promos, BOGOs, sponsored listings and loyalty offers run against a goal, checked weekly and reported monthly.
Learn moreCampaign Strategy
Find out if you have a traffic, conversion or new-customer problem, then set the goal and the offers to match.
Learn moreReporting and Dashboards

Why one plan instead of separate vendors?
A restaurant owner can piece the channel together from specialists: a recovery service for error charges and refunds, like Dispute Dojo, or review and listings software, like Marqii. Those tools do their one job, and some do it well. What none of them is measured on is whether your delivery sales grew and how much of those sales you kept.
Separate vendors
- A recovery service for disputes, a tool for reviews, someone else for ads
- Several contracts, logins and invoices
- Each measured on its own task
- Nobody connects a promo spike to the errors and reviews that follow
- You stitch the reports together
One Blender Digital plan
- Campaigns, sponsored listings, loyalty and rep negotiations
- Every review answered, with offers that bring customers back
- Error charges reviewed daily, disputes prepared for you to submit
- One monthly report and one fee
- Measured on sales growth and payout
HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS
What happens in a 4 or 6 month program?
Growth first, then profit. The order is the same for almost every store, even when the details aren't.

Audit, in the first two weeks
Live campaigns and who they target, the competitors near you, your customer mix, which menu items can carry a discount, photos, reviews, errors and refunds, and the commission plan you're on.
Set goals you can measure
A monthly sales target for each app and a payout target. If we're not measuring against something real, we're setting ourselves up to fail. The plan comes to you in writing, and you approve it line by line.
Test, then let the data come in
We launch the plan and usually leave it alone for a full month, so you have a clean baseline instead of a guess.
Scale what works
More items on the offers that are pulling new customers, more budget behind ads that earn it, and nothing left running just because it was switched on once.
Pivot to profit
Once the growth goals are hit, the target moves to payout: fewer discounts, better prices, offers aimed only where they pay off. Some stores get there early.
Hand it over
You finish with tested campaigns, more reviews, cleaner storefronts and the numbers to watch. Many clients choose to keep us on after that.
BLENDER DIGITAL IN NUMBERS
Who we work with
From single-location shops to a coffee brand with more than 45 locations.
PLATFORMS
Which platforms do you manage?
- DoorDash
- Uber Eats
- Grubhub
- Toast
- Square and Clover online ordering
- ezCater
Every program covers DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. The Growth program adds Toast and first-party online ordering. Catering platforms like ezCater come in when they fit the restaurant.
DoorDash usually does the most volume, though that flips in some markets. Uber Eats tends to co-fund more campaigns. Grubhub is a smaller share, so we keep it running well without over-investing time in it.
WHO IT'S FOR
Is Blender Digital a fit for your restaurant?
A good fit: independent restaurants, franchisees, multi-location groups and ghost kitchens that sell on the delivery apps, want the channel to grow, and don't have time to sit in the portals and read the data.
Not a fit: owners who want delivery to stay small, or who don't have a growth goal for it. We'd rather tell you that on the first call.
Want to keep running it yourself? Our DoorDash and Uber Eats consulting gets you an expert review and a written plan, as a one-time consult or monthly advisory.
Want to see how we think first? The blog and our free tools, like the BOGO profit calculator and the ROI calculator, are built from the same work.
FAQ
Questions about our services
What services does Blender Digital offer?
Seven managed services that cover the whole delivery channel: competitive research, campaign management, campaign strategy, reporting and dashboards, review management, dispute management and error handling. They come together in one program rather than as separate add-ons. For owners who want to keep running the apps themselves, we also offer consulting: a one-time consult or monthly advisory with a written action plan.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Our programs are built as one plan, because the pieces affect each other. A promo that doubles orders also changes your error rate and your reviews. If you only need help with one area, tell us on the discovery call and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit. If you'd rather run the apps yourself, consulting gets you an expert review and a written plan without ongoing management.
How much does delivery app management cost?
The Starter program for one location starts at $1,030 a month on a 6-month term or $1,150 a month on a 4-month term, covering DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Growth adds Toast and first-party ordering from $1,440 a month. Groups with 3 or more locations get custom pricing. Ad spend and offer costs are paid to the platforms separately. Details are on the pricing section.
How long is an engagement?
Four or six months, without an ongoing retainer. That's long enough to audit, set goals, test, scale what works and shift toward profit, and to leave you with a setup you understand.
Do you submit disputes on my behalf?
We review every error charge daily and prepare the disputes for you to submit, with the order details and evidence ready to go. You keep control of what goes to the platform.
